The choir will present a lively selection of favourites from its wide repertoire, including traditional songs, music from stage and screen, and contemporary choral works. The performance will take place at Stage 88, Commonwealth Park, from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm, and is free for Floriade visitors to enjoy.
The appearance follows a busy year for the Choir, with performances at community events, Brumbies Rugby home games and commemorative occasions around the region. Floriade provides a wonderful opportunity to share music with locals and visitors in the heart of Canberra's spring garden festival.
Anyone who enjoys singing and fellowship is warmly invited to find out more about joining the Australian Rugby Choir. The choir is non-auditioned and welcomes men who would like to sing, connect with others and contribute to the community through music.
