25 April 2025

Bungendore folk very much appreciated the choir's effort in providing singing support to the Anzac Day ceremonies. Our members did a Sterling effort at the Dawn Service, especially with the NZ National Anthem in front of the estimated 800 on a very warm morning.
The main service had an estimated 1600 listening on. After the service "the Lemon Squeezer" hatted gentlemen (NZ Major General) came over and congratulated us on singing his National Anthem. He is looking forward to Remembrance Day.
Our efforts as part of the ANZAC Day Community Social activities closed out the day. The Canberra Pipes & Drums warmed us and the crowd up before our choral tunes ended a busy day.
