The choir is holding its next Come & Try event at 7:00pm on 19 February at the Hughes Baptist Church main hall.
The choir is looking for men from all backgrounds and musical experience levels. Whether you're a seasoned singer or someone who thinks they 'can't carry a tune' – there's a place for you here. Many of our best performers started with little confidence in their singing ability.
At our Come & Try events, you are encouraged to come along to see what we do at practice, and to find out about your voice. You can come along to see the choir on any practice night, but at the Come & Try we take a more relaxed pace so there is more time for questions and discovery.
The event is at the Baptist Church Hall, 34 Groom Street, Hughes, where weekly practice sessions are held. Practice combines skill-building with socialising, making it as much about friendship as music.
