Since then she has worked to develop them into confident and polished performers. So great is their improvement that in recent years the choir has been invited to take part in massed male choir performances at the Sydney Opera House and New York's Carnegie Hall. However the choir is still true to its roots of supporting rugby union football and performs at every Brumbies home game. Andrea has also worked with many of Canberra's music theatre companies, including Supa Productions, Canberra Philharmonic and the Phoenix Players. Her technical and musical abilities are apparent, but it is her dedication to developing and encouraging choristers without formal musical experience that has won her so much support.
