The Australian Rugby Choir and ACT Rugby Union have collaborated throughout the Super 12 Rugby season to present distinctive and enjoyable pre-match entertainment for all Brumbies home games. The Choir thanks ACT Rugby Union for this opportunity to sing at Canberra Stadium in support of the Brumbies title of Super 12 Champions and looks forward to the 2003 rugby season.

Over past months a highlight has been the Choir's participation at 'Opera by George' in the beautiful vineyard setting of Madew's Winery near Collector, NSW. David and Romilly Madew have generously supported the Choir over many years and the Choir thanks them both for their support.

The Choir recently performed in the Canberra Centre in appreciation of the generous donation of Brumbies caps and ties to the Choir by the Canterbury Shop. The smart new uniform has been of major benefit to the image of the Choir in its public performances. Thank you Canterbury Shop.

The Choir is particularly proud of its support of community and charitable events. Performances to help fund-raising efforts for Brindabella Gardens Nursing Home at its annual fete and the Australian Helping Hand Benefit Concert to support an orphanage in Vietnam have both been very special occasions for the Choir this year.

A close association with the Royal Military College Band and use of the Band Centre at Duntroon have enormously benefited the Choir. Ms Andrea Clifford, a Member of the RMC Band and an enthusiastic Musical Director, has successfully coached and inspired the Choir to new musical heights, particularly four-part harmony singing.

The Choir continues to attract new Members of all ages and backgrounds and has a very enjoyable program of events and performances over the coming months, and plans to produce its own CD later this year.
