The ARC Committee has endorsed a proposal by choir member Chris Oyston to provide a link to Mens Health advice on this website. Here is the link. Chris is happy to discuss an issue with any choir member. For future reference a permanent link is provided via the 'Links' tab at the top right of the website screen.
